Franchise company Jim’s Mowing claims it will create 40 millionaires by 2012 through creating a network of regional and area franchises.

Director Richard Harrison believes that by building from a single franchise to a regional holding, entrepreneurs will be able to take on more franchisees and eventually segment a region into postcode style segments, eventually generating in excess of £1m.

“For those franchisees with entrepreneurial ambition, who see a significant business opportunity, there is a very real chance to make a lot of money in a short space of time,” he said.

“Successful franchisees can grow their business by purchasing regional rights to an entire UK postcode and can recruit franchisees to work within that area.

“Once they have built up their postcode they can split it down and sell it off to other franchisees who wish to build their own businesses,” he added.

Franchisees in the UK are initially asked for a £15,000 investment.
