Steph Lunt, Franchise Partner, North Staffordshire    

Experienced legal professional Steph Lunt launched her Alchemy VA franchise in November 2024 and supports growing businesses and SMEs in North Staffordshire and beyond.

Steph's career journey began in the banking industry, where she progressed from a customer service advisor to a mortgage underwriter. From there she spent time in the financial management sector before working as a paralegal in a law firm.

With her background, Steph is perfectly placed to support professionals in the legal and financial sectors, as well as sole traders and small to medium-sized businesses across a range of industries. Her services include email and calendar management, travel arrangements, administrative support, CRM management, research and organisation, lifestyle management, social media and marketing support.

Heather Walker, Franchise Partner York   

Heather has vast experience within the education sector (both Higher and Secondary) encompassing health research and psychology (including grant funding and NIHR) as well as charity administration and safeguarding. 

After university, Heather trained to teach English as a second language and worked as a teaching assistant in a secondary school. Her career path led her to the NSPCC and then the University of York, where she worked in student support and research administration.

Having launched in December 2024, Heather's Alchemy VA Franchise delivers flexible and high-quality administrative support to growing businesses and SMEs across York. Using her exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and passion for helping others, Heather is committed to ensuring her clients receive personalised and dedicated support.

Lynsey Pirie, Franchise Partner Edinburgh North   

Lynsey's career history included roles at Lloyds Banking Group as a Personal Assistant in Learning and Development, positions in event management and product development, and most recently as an Executive Assistant for nearly 12 years in a specialist green investment business in a large global asset management firm.

Her career and life experiences, especially her journey with Muscular Dystrophy, all played a part in her decision to pursue self-employment.

Lynsey launched her franchise in January 2025 and provides high-quality support to service-based businesses across a range of sectors.

Whilst highly skilled in the investment and wealth management sectors, Lynsey provides a wide range of core services including diary management, board administration, project support, social media, executive communication and much more.
