Stephanie Hajilambi, the Head of PMO for innovative MedTech start-up, Tachmed, has been recognised by the prestigious Dynamic Awards 2025.

Co-founded by Paul Christie, CEO, and Lord Maxwell Beaverbrook in 2018, Tachmed is dedicated to enabling people to diagnose a multitude of medical conditions from the comfort of their own home using just one digital device.

Soon to be a first-to-market solution, the advanced Tachmed smart health platform will have the capability to significantly reduce healthcare waiting lists, while saving vital costs, resource, and even lives through early diagnosis.

Leveraging her expertise from a successful career in IT within various investment and private banks including Morgan Stanley and Coutts, Stephanie has played a significant role in the development of Tachmed to date.

Aside from introducing a structured, process-driven approach to product development, Stephanie has also worked with tech partners to integrate the use of AI for assay development, to accelerate product development and reduce time-to-market. In addition, she has also cemented its strategic partnership with AWS by aligning business, product development and operational teams to drive innovative cloud-based solutions to aid its Go To Market [GTM] strategy.

As a result, Stephanie has successfully impressed judges of the Woman in Tech category, which recognises female leaders who either focus on the development and manufacturing of technology or provide technology as a service.

This news comes at an exciting time for Tachmed as the MedTech start-up plans to officially launch to market during the second half of 2025.

Stephanie confirmed: "Since joining the Tachmed team as a contractor in Septemeber 2022 and then full time from December 2024, I have worked hard to establish a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure all activity remains on track, while firmly positioning Tachmed at the forefront of digital health innovation. I am incredibly excited about what we have achieved in this short timeframe and am in no doubt it will surpass the capability of existing solutions once launched to market later this year.

To be recognised for my achievements to date by the Dynamic Awards is, therefore, a true honour and I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity."

Paul Christie, Founder and CEO of Tachmed, added: "Stephanie is a key member of the Tachmed team and has played a significant role in helping to drive continued development and innovation, together with a successful Go To Market strategy. I am delighted that her hard work has been recognised by the Dynamic Awards and wish her the best of luck for the awards ceremony later this spring."

The Dynamic Awards ceremony is set to be the region's largest celebration for women in business and will take place at The Grand Hotel in Brighton on 8th May 2025.
